Job Description

Due to growth we are seeking an experiencedEPCM Scheduler / Planner to join the Saunders International team at our Altona Victoria Site Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and schedule all Project Construction Works
- Ensure that a clear Construction Program is developed within the Primavera P6 Project database that aligns with reporting requirements and finance requirements
- Support EPCM Construction Manager & Field Operations
- Ensure Resource loading of all schedules with the aim to issue weekly resource histograms and to feed an integrated forecasting capability
- Collect and interpret data from management to develop and manage the project schedule
- Monitor progress of all work identify and make amendments to the program in relation to the workforce
- Contribute to workforce planning and forecasting to ensure deadlines are met
- Notify management if activities are not meeting deadlines and assist with reassignment
- Coordinate & manage the subcontractors and program their works into the overall schedule
- Contribute to a culture of inclusion responsiveness honesty and accountability
ABOUT YOU
Essential
- A minimum of 7 years demonstrated industry experience
- General WHS Induction for Construction (White Card Blue Card)
- Experience in scheduling planning and executing project and construction activities in oil and gas projects
- Understanding of budgets and forecasts
- Understanding of basic safety and environmental legislation
- Understanding of Quality Management and continuous improvement processes
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Comprehensive knowledge of Project Planning Principles Construction and Engineering methodologies
- Good organisation skills strong communication analytical & problemsolving skills
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
Desirable
- Refinery and Terminal experience preferred
