What We Are Looking For
- An Electrical Project Engineer with at least one of the following:
- Experience working with a selfperforming contractor
- Construction experience in a multi trade environment
- A professional with the ability to perform the following tasks:
- Provide technical support to a project team to expose track resolve and notate project issues
- Manage all project documents through the document control team
- Process and track submittals and RFIs
- Assist in the coordination of planning and fabrication activities
- Support Procurement in the distribution of bidding documents and tracking of quotations
- Maintain project schedule via the Enterprise Scheduling Department
- Prepare and issue meeting minutes
- Assist with planning and managing site logistics
- Implement corporate safety policies on jobsite
- Receive review and evaluate subcontractor quotations
- Assist in the tracking of change orders and cost management
- Manage plan review and approval process with local and state municipalities
- Process new hire documents and verify accuracy of the site payroll submission
- Participate in a culture of continuous learning training and skill development
- Ability to travel and/or temporarily relocate based on project needs
- Willingness to work in both office and onsite environments
- Perform tasks at the discretion of the project management team
Preferred Qualifications
- One to three (13) years of relevant construction experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or Business Administration preferred or a technical college degree with two (2) years construction experience
- Data Center Healthcare Automotive and/or Light Industrial experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with an aptitude for proactive and teamoriented problem solving
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related construction software
- Commitment to Safety
