Job Description
Independently owned and operated CertaPro Painters of Nashua NH and Westford MA is experiencing growth in the market and we are looking to add experienced painters. We are looking for candidates that embody our visions and values and are excited about the opportunity to change the lives of our customers!
- Complete projects according to work orders in a timely and professional fashion
- Previous professional painting experience preferred
- Basic carpentry repairs skills a plus
- Familiarity with painting tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detailoriented
- Customer service oriented
- Experience in a leadership role of a painting crew is a must
- Experience planning of a painting project to ensure customer satisfaction and a job completed on budget
- Experience coaching a crew
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of how to address issues with customers staff vendors and supervisor
- Ability to independently solve problems
- Great time management skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of painting experience verifiable through references
- Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment necessary
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Highly organized and selfmotivated
- Quality conscious and detailoriented
- Unrestricted drivers license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to perform all aspects of this job (repetitive movements standing lifting climbing working at heights of greater than 10 feet etc.)
- General Liability and Workers Comp insurance
