Sr. Business AnalystWhat does a successful Senior Business Analyst do at Fiserv
As a Senior Business Analyst at Fiserv you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our Credit Risk clients and technical teams. Youll consult with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Your analytical skills will be crucial in transforming client requirements into functional specifications driving impactful project implementations.
What you will do:
- Analyze the business needs of Credit Risk clients and stakeholders to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to manage project implementations from initiation to closure.
- Liaise between the business side of the enterprise and IT department or external service providers.
- Communicate business requirements clearly and succinctly focusing primarily on functional requirements.
- Facilitate project communications ensuring stakeholder and client expectations are met.
What you will need to have:
- 3 years of progressive management experience including major project management in a large operational environment.
- 3 years of experience working within Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience managing Jira Boards creating Jira tickets and Scrum Master experience is a plus.
- 2 years of experience within credit risk management merchant processing or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 4 years of experience working with technical delivery teams.
- 4 years of experience utilizing Clarity knowledge.
- Proven success in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal written and presentation skills.
- Proven problemsolving skills with the ability to assess and select appropriate solutions.

Salary Range
$57900.00 $103400.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
