A fastpaced and customerfocused automotive dealership is looking for a motivated and personable Service BDC Agent to join our team. This role is the heartbeat of our Service Business Development Center connecting customers to our service team and helping drive exceptional experiences from the first call to final appointment.

Handle inbound and outbound service calls to schedule maintenance and repair appointments
Confirm service appointments and follow up with noshows and declined services
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the system
Support service marketing campaigns and recall outreach as needed
Work closely with service advisors techs and management to coordinate workflow
Provide a warm professional and helpful first impression to every customer
Previous experience in a BDC call center or customer service environment (automotive preferred)
Strong communication skills confident courteous and customerfirst attitude
Highly organized with attention to detail and time management
Comfortable using scheduling tools CRMs or DMS software (CDK/Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus)
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative service team
