The Opportunity

As a Business Product Owner in the Global Customer Support Digital Service Solutions team you will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital products that align with business goals and customer needs. Working in an agile environment youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to define product vision prioritize features and drive continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle. This role combines strategic thinking customer empathy and handson execution to create impactful sustainable solutions.

This role is a (service) business role working in close partnership with our global informatics teams who are accountable and responsible for the technical implementation & operations of our digital service solutions portfolio.

In this role you will:

• Understand customer experiences to identify product gaps and opportunities for value creation.

• Define and maintain product vision roadmap and backlog in alignment with business priorities.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional agile teams to ensure successful delivery of product features.

• Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and ensure alignment

• Support product rollout and integration across business processes and systems.

• Monitor product performance gather feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist in shaping data architecture and ensuring effective support workflows with IT and business teams.

Who You Are

• Proven experience in business product ownership or similar roles in agile environments

• Strong business acumen with an ability to translate strategy into execution ideally in the professional customer service space.

• A knack for problemsolving collaboration and continuous learning

• Comfort navigating complex stakeholder environments and facilitating alignment

• Passion for usercentered design and measurable product impact

• Proficiency in English
