About the role
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that enhance customer and employee experiences. Youll help define design and refine solutions that align with business goals and user needs. User Experience (UX) Specialistwill work closely with crossfunctional teamsProduct Owner Solution Architect Business Analyst and Developersacross multiple projects to deliver effective digital solutions
Responsibilities
Stakeholder & User Engagement
Collaborate with business digital teams and endusers.
Work within agile delivery teams.
Research & Analysis
Plan and conduct user research using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Understand and define user and business problems needs and pain points.
Translate findings into clear outcomes and design concepts.
Work with the Business Analyst and technical team to identify constraints and negotiate feasible approaches.
Participate in the creation of the service blueprints
Design
Facilitate HumanCentred Design or Design Thinking sessions.
Create wireframes interactive prototypes and design assets.
Develop highfidelity UI designs for the development team.
About You
Essential Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience as a User Experience Designer in a corporate or enterprise environment.
Strong background in designing customerfacing digital applications.
Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and teams.
Excellent communication skills including translating technical details for nontechnical audiences.
Experience working within agile methodologies.
