Be our next: Developer/Dashboard Engineer
Your work environment at EXP
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Developer/Dashboard Engineer to design develop and maintain internal dashboards that provide realtime insights into system performance application health and development workflows. You will work closely with software engineers DevOps and product teams to ensure that critical metrics are visible actionable and reliable.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Design and implement interactive dashboards
- Integrate data from various sources (APIs databases logs monitoring tools) to provide comprehensive visibility.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Automate data collection and visualization processes to reduce manual overhead.
- Ensure dashboards are userfriendly scalable and secure.
- Monitor and maintain the health of dashboard systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Document dashboard configurations and provide training to internal users.
What your experience looks like
- Bachelors degree (or ability to get degree in 1 year) in computer science Information Systems or related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in software development DevOps or data visualization.
- Proficiency in dashboard tools (e.g. Grafana Kibana Tableau Power BI GIS).
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript Python or similar languages
- Experience with C Python Java JavaScript SQL HTML PHP
- Understanding of system architecture and microservices
- Experience with Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and a passion for clean maintainable cod
