Job Summary:

Implements nursing activities for occupational health services and ensures compliance with occupational health safety and environmental regulations

Responsibilities:

• Provides onsite nursing care for employee safety in the workplace; investigates accidents and inspects any health or safety hazards
• Ensures the implementation of occupational health safety and environmental rules and regulations
• Provides health and safety awareness information to promote overall employee health in the workplace
• Assists in initiating and coordinating patient care plans for a client company

Skills:

• Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
• Medical Record Keeping: Knowledge of the concepts methods tools and applications used in medical record management; ability to document manage and maintain patient medical records following established processes and guidelines
• Nursing Assessment and Care: Knowledge of the policies and activities regarding nursing assessment and care; ability to assess patients nursing care needs develop and implement a nursing care plan monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) Compliance: Knowledge of regulations and standards regarding the occupational safety and health of personnel working within an organization; ability to apply relevant regulations and standards to daily work activities

Qualifications:

• Accredited Registered Nurse (RN) degree current state Registered Nurse (RN) license and current CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation)/First Aid certification

• This position may require 10% travel.

Summary Pay Range:
