Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Analyze employment history for all employees under the 401K plan to ensure compliance and accurate records.
- Identify and resolve issues related to terminations and rehirings when employees transfer between entities.
- Work closely with the payroll system (Paylocity) to unwind complexities and ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify questions and provide strategic recommendations for improving plan administration.
- Document findings and present detailed reports to management outlining issues and action steps.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience working with 401K plans audits and payroll systems specifically Paylocity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
