Hilton Orlandois searching for a talented Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary team at TodoVos!
The ideal candidate is a motivated and innovative culinary professional with 35 years of leadership experience in highvolume kitchens focused on scratch cooking. Strong operational skillsincluding ordering scheduling and team managementare essential. Experience in hotel or highend dining environments is preferred and familiarity with Mexican cuisine is a plus. This concept offers a vibrant atmosphere serving up Mexican classics and margaritas a destination forboth guests and locals. This Mexican Restaurant at Hilton Orlando includes a 200seat main dining room 60seat flexible dining room full bar and takeawaystyle taco window. Classic Mexican fare is served including shareable guacamoles ceviches tacos enchiladas quesadillas alongside an agaveforward beverage program. A perfect place for large groups to congregate or a guest to enjoy a taco onthego.
Shift Pattern:Full availability is required including weekdays weekends and holidays

What will I be doing
As Chef de Cuisine you would be responsible for leading the culinary production of a designated kitchen in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
