Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Education Counsellor to guide students and professionals through career pathways abroad particularly for German language training Ausbildung (vocational training) and nursing job placements in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and professionals on global career opportunities.
- Provide information about German language programs Ausbildung and job placements abroad.
- Handle walkin and online queries effectively.
- Assist candidates through application documentation and visa processes.
- Maintain followups and manage candidate data efficiently.
- Collaborate with training placement and international teams.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher (Education Counselling or related fields preferred).
- 1 year of experience in career counselling or student recruitment (freshers with passion may apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of study/work abroad processes (especially Germany) is a plus.
- Fluent in Hindi and English (knowledge of German is an advantage).
