DescriptionJob Summary: Managing the daytoday operations of the HR department including onboarding employee relations performance management and offboarding. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices and the ability to implement them effectively across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires including the preparation of offer letters contracts and new hire orientation.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct HR orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company culture policies and benefits.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns providing guidance and support on HRrelated issues.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and conducting investigations as needed.
- Support management in implementing disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and ensure that all data is uptodate and accurate.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to government agencies as required.
- Offboarding:
- Manage the offboarding process including exit interviews final settlements and ensuring the return of company property.
- Analyze exit interview data to identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce turnover.
- HR Policy and Procedures:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
- Communicate and enforce HR policies across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Any bachelors degree Preferably degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 35 years of experience in HR with a focus on employee relations onboarding and offboarding.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
