We are looking for an experiencedTeam Lead Tele Salesto oversee a team of 710 telesales executives. In this role you will drive the team to achieve sales targets convert new leads through cold calling upsell and crosssell to existing customers and expand Industrybuyings overall customer base. You will be responsible for monitoring team performance implementing sales strategies and ensuring highquality customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical proficient in CRM tools and have a strong track record of leading successful telesales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a HighPerforming Tele Sales Team:
- Supervise and motivate a team of 710 telesales executives to achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance individual and team performance.
- Manage team performance and resolve challenges through continuous feedback and support.
- Cold Calling and Lead Conversion:
- Strategize and execute cold calling efforts to convert fresh leads into customers.
- Drive team efforts to convert inquiries into sales and consistently build the customer base.
- Customer Retention Upselling and CrossSelling:
- Develop strategies to convert existing customers for repeat purchases.
- Encourage the team to effectively upsell and crosssell products expanding the customers overall value to the business.
- Sales Tracking and Performance Monitoring:
- Utilize Google Sheets to actively track and monitor individual and team performance sharing reports with senior management regularly.
- Analyze data to identify trends areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Call Quality and Process Improvement:
- Conduct regular call quality checks to ensure high standards in customer interaction.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to the team to enhance performance.
- Team Management and Retention:
- Manage and control team churn by implementing effective retention strategies.
- Oversee roster management ensuring optimal staffing and adherence to schedules.
- Develop incentive plans to drive motivation and minimize turnover.
MustHave Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience: 710 years of proven experience in telesales inside sales or assisted sales with prior experience of 45 years in leading a telesales team.
- CRM Proficiency: Handson experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce Zoho or HubSpot is required.
- Cold Calling Expertise: Prior experience in cold calling and converting leads is a must.
- Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with the ability to interpret sales data and identify actionable insights.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets: Strong ability to create manage and analyze performance reports using Google Sheets.
- Industry Experience: Experience in eCommerce or B2B sales will be highly preferred.
