We have an exciting opportunity to join the Fife Health & Social Care Partnership (Fife HSCP) as a Link Worker within Locality Planning in The Community Led Support Team supporting both Link Life Fife and the Well. The postholder will assist at the Wells and will carry a case caseload with Link Life Fife.
Link Life Fife is a community led support service provided by Fife Health and Social Care Partnership for anyone aged 18 and over who is referred via Primary Care for support to manage stress anxiety or feelings of being overwhelmed that are affecting their mental health or general wellbeing.

You will also be required to map community led solutions and resources for people experiencing mental and physical health conditions and support the Local Area Coordinators with presentations to referrers and local organisations.
The post holder will engage with people to provide information support and guidance and maintain a high standard of customer care and compassion in communication with people including making and managing appointments handling general telephone/email enquiries from the public and stakeholders. The postholder will also be required to set up and man stalls at various community events to promote Community Led Support.

The skills you will need:
Before confirming your appointment you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
Further Information
We are currently shaping our future workstyles however in light of current advice we are introducing blended home/office working that will include office access days each week with homeworking for the remainder of your working time.
