Bachelors degree in Pharmacy and two (2) years of experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Licensed Pharmacist by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy (ALBOP) required.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $109250.00 $177530.00 / year

Job Description:
To supervise and evaluate pharmaceutical services in an assigned area. To ensure pharmacy operations conform to all applicable internal and external regulations are fiscally sound and promote quality patient care. Provides pharmaceutical care as needed.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the clinic pharmacists daily activities
Collaborate with PCC Supervisor(s) to support and oversee the daily functions of Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs)
Oversee scheduling and participate with staffing support in the clinics
Ensure that all pharmacy practice guidelines and regulatory compliance standards are met
Work together with other leaders in the specialty pharmacy and ambulatory teams to achieve departmental goals and maintain accreditation readiness
Promote positive patient outcomes through ongoing patient and provider communication
Preferred Qualities:
Specialty Pharmacy experience
Prior pharmacy leadership experience
Strong attention to detail ability to multitask and proven success working in teambased environments
