What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Overseeing multiple Lettings branches across London
- Developing new business and growing market share
- Providing leadership coaching and performance management for your team
- Driving turnover and profitability in line with company goals
- Ensuring compliance with all legislation and internal procedures
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Implementing strategic plans to elevate the business
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience in a Lettings Director / Head of Lettings role
- Senior management experience within residential lettings
- Strong business development and leadership skills
- Excellent rapportbuilding and client relationship management
- Firstclass communication and customer service abilities
- A full UK Driving Licence
- A commercial and strategic mindset
