Impact of the Role
As a platform team member you will be responsible for the payments workflows scaling them to handle the next phase of growth and integrating AI to develop new product offerings. This role offers the unique chance to work at the intersection of fintech and cuttingedge AI directly shaping the future of our platforms capabilities and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Architect and scale missioncritical product workflows that form our operational backbone
- Build robust payment processing systems ensuring seamless financial transactions
- Lead AI innovation by integrating stateoftheart LLM technologies into our product suite

- Partner with Product Design and QA specialists to deliver cohesive user experiences
- Transform existing systems through strategic optimization and technical debt reduction

Requirements
- 5 years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in backend programming (we use Node & TypeScript)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Strong Git CI/CD pipeline knowledge
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Proven project management abilities
- Comfortable working with AI tools
- Startup experience is a bonus
