As a Senior Housing Case Manager you will:

  • Manage waitlist for the programs in consultation with the Service Support Officer and Housing Coordinator
  • Provide operational leadership to Housing Case Managers
  • Supportwith recruitment and staff selection training induction performance management
  • Provide clientfocused reflective practice consultations and supervision to Housing Case Managers
  • Contributing to reports and grant/funding applications

This is a part time (0.9FTE/9day fortnight) permanent role based in Rockingham.



Skills And Experiences

What you will bring

To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Certificate IV in Human Services or equivalent skills and experience
  • Extensive case management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team supervise staff and ensure best practice is maintained
  • Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in a high pressure environment where work procedures are not clearly defined
  • Relevant experience working in a Human Services organisation including case management skills to assess inform advise support and refer clients
  • Sound verbal and written skills to write case documents and advocate for the best interests of clients

The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year a WA Working with Children Card and a WA Drivers Licence. You will also need to access to a reliable vehicle with mileage being reimbursed.

  • Salary from $96088per annum pro rata 11.5% superannuation
  • Salary packaging of up to $15900 (which equates to circa $4K after tax) plus additional salary packaging of up to $2650 for meal and entertainment expenses
  • Additional 3 days leave per year over festive period
