Toyota Material Handling Australia are looking to employ an enthusiastic and selfdriven Field Service Technician/Mechanic in a permanent full time position to work out of our Townsville Branch.
In this role you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance services including planned maintenance repairs and modifications at the Customers site and in accordance with the Customers requirements and within the Companys guidelines and procedures.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance of customer units which includes preventative service and breakdowns in a timely manner.
- Maintaining professional level of customer service with all TMHA clients and customers.
- Ability to maintain accurate records of job sheets timesheets and any other administrative components.
Qualifications Requirements & Skills:
- Current Drivers licence.
- Relevant trade qualification (Forklift Mechanic Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic Heavy Vehicle Plant Diesel Mechanic).
- Previous experience within the forklift industry or similar in an associated industry.
Can Demonstrate:
- Good diagnostic and repair skills.
- Strong work ethic and selfmotivation.
- Welldeveloped mechanical aptitude.
- Good time management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
