qKnows and adheres to all company rules and guidelines qUnderstands all safety related items (MSDS CBA and Lock out/Tag out) qFollows procedures for accident notification qKnows where to find policies and procedures |
| Understands and adheres to procedures on everyday tasks | |

qMust have a complete understanding of document filing system within the parts department qMust have the ability to locate parts either manual or computerized qMust be able to check onhand quantity either manual or computerized qMust be able to check to see if a part is on order with use of PeopleSoft qMust be able to assign correct account numbers on part issues qPerforms monthly Parts Room inventory qIs accountable for tools leaving the Parts Room by actively managing the Tool Checkout Log qWill manage and maintain unreturned tool database to include the production and distribution of tool checkout reminder notices qPerforms packaging for outgoing parcels as required |

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their area of responsibility
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE (if applicable)
- Good computer skills (where applicable for job expectation)
EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING
- HS Diploma or GED
- Post high school education or training or comparable onthejob training
