Job Description

Job Description Summary
The research assistant under supervision of the Supervisor and CoPI of the project will support laboratory investigations in the PI and CoPIs research. The research assistant will conduct data analysis contribute to the technical reporting of findings and assist with the discussion of progress and presentation of the final study.

Responsibilities
Movement Analysis Conduct data analysis related to research. Duties include: Design and modify computer programs to analyze data Analyze data on limb movement based on data gathered with wrist/ankle inertial sensors and video recordings Conduct statistical analysis of data Design graphs of findings Dissemination of Findings Assist the Supervisor PI and CoPI with research documentation technical reports to team and presentation/manuscripts for peerreviewed talks and publications Assist Supervisor PI and CoPI with future grant applications Communication Attend weekly and/or monthly meetings with Supervisor and CoPI to review findings and problemsolve any issues Attend quarterly meetings with the research team to review findings Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience in appropriate discipline Completed courses in Engineering Strong analytical and organizational skills
