Your Role as an Automotive Transmission Technician:
Expert Diagnostics & Repairs
- Transmission Repairs & Rebuilds: Perform indepth inspections repairs and rebuilds on transmission systems.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify issues and ensure precise and efficient repairs.
- Quality Repairs: Deliver accurate highquality work to exceed customer expectations and ensure vehicle performance and safety.
- Warranty Repairs: Complete warranty work according to manufacturer specifications to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
Organized & Productive Environment
- Workstation Management: Keep your tools and workspace wellorganized and ready for daily operations.
- Efficient Time Management: Balance multiple repair orders while maintaining high standards and minimizing customer downtime.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- TeamOriented Environment: Collaborate with service advisors parts departments and other technicians to complete jobs efficiently.

Qualifications:
Experience & Skills
- Transmission Repair Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience as an Automotive Transmission Technician.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of transmission systems including repair rebuild and diagnostics.
Education & Certification
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Vocational Training or Certification: Preferred in automotive transmission repair is highly valued.
Additional Requirements
- Drivers License: A valid drivers license with a clean driving record is essential for testdriving and transporting vehicles.
