Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Landscape Maintenance Operation Manager to oversee and manage our landscape maintenance operations. This role is ideal for a handson leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building strong teams delivering exceptional service and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead manage and mentor a team of crew leaders and maintenance staff.
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling quality control training and client communication.
- Monitor project timelines productivity and costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales and account managers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain equipment and inventory standards and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and team development.
- Uphold safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance operations or a similar field leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture landscaping practices equipment and seasonal maintenance.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and grow teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with Aspire software or similar landscape business management platforms is preferred.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
