About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Market Access Manager to join our German team. This role is critical in supporting national access strategies and ensuring our lifesaving medicinesparticularly in the adrenaline marketare wellpositioned within the healthcare system. You will play a key role in health policy monitoring pricing and reimbursement activities and supporting our Market Access team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national market access strategies and projects with a focus on the adrenaline portfolio.
- Support planning and execution of new product launches including pricing and reimbursement evaluations (AMNOG process).
- Analyze healthcare policy trends stakeholder needs and market access conditions to develop targeted actions.
- Conduct data and market analyses related to pharmaceutical discount agreements and health economics.
- Prepare healthcare policy content and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in interdisciplinary squads and support global Market Access taskforce initiatives.
- Collaborate with Public Affairs initially focusing on lifesaving medicines for all age groups.
- Provide operational support to the Market Access team including presentations and data preparation.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in health economics health management economics or a related field ideally with a pharmaceutical focus.
- 35 years of experience in Market Access & Pricing or related areas.
- Strong understanding of the German healthcare system and reimbursement landscape.
- Skilled in project management stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fluent in English (written and spoken).
