A global medical company which develops and manufactures endovascular products is looking for a Territory Manager to increase sales revenues and maintain customer relationships in the BadenW rttemberg region.
* The role requires frequent travel within the region. Proximity to Stuttgart or Karlsruhe is a strong advantage.
We re looking for a motivated and goaldriven sales professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have a background in interventional radiology or neuroradiology we d love to meet you.
LOCATION: BadenW rttemberg
SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consistently meet or exceed ambitious sales targets
Analyze sales and marketing data to identify effective strategies
Monitor customer preferences to tailor sales efforts accordingly
Build and maintain strong longterm customer relationships
Lead negotiations with hospital purchasing departments
Provide clinical and professional training to physicians
Track and report on competitor activity within the territory
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales representative
Experience in the neurovascular field strongly preferred
Background in vascular medical devices strong advantage
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to manage the full sales process from planning to closing
Skilled in positioning products in a competitive landscape
Strategic thinker with strong problemsolving abilities
Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills
