Mission:
The Project Manager Transformation Office is responsible for leading and delivering highimpact strategic initiatives that enable organizational change process improvement and innovation.
This role will manage crossfunctional projects endtoend ensuring execution excellence effective stakeholder alignment and successful change adoption across the business. The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with strategic thinking business acumen and the ability to influence at all levels.
Your responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution
- Drive the endtoend delivery of complex transformation initiatives in line with strategic objectives.
- Define project scope objectives deliverables and timelines in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Manage project plans budgets milestones resources and risks.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery using structured methodologies (Waterfall Agile or hybrid).
- Report progress escalate issues and ensure alignment with the transformation portfolio governance.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Engage and align with senior executives department heads and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain detailed communication plans tailored to different stakeholder groups.
- Facilitate governance meetings provide clear updates and manage expectations.
- Promote collaboration across functions and foster stakeholder commitment to change.
Change Management & Business Transformation
- Partner with HR internal communications and change leads to define and implement change strategies.
- Support the organization in adopting new ways of working technologies or processes.
- Identify change risks and resistance and apply mitigation tactics to ensure business continuity.
- Reinforce adoption through training communication and continuous engagement.
Process Improvement & Innovation
- Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and propose improvement opportunities.
- Drive operational excellence by integrating best practices and new approaches.
- Support the deployment of automation digital solutions and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Strategic Thinking
- Translate business strategy into executable transformation roadmaps.
- Analyze business needs assess change impact and prioritize initiatives based on strategic value.
- Provide insights and recommendations that influence leadership decisionmaking.
- Monitor external trends and benchmarks to ensure alignment with industry best practices.

To succeed in this role youll need a positive attitude and the following:
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Technology or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- PMP PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
- Change management certification (e.g. Prosci) is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in project management preferably in business transformation or consulting.
- Proven track record of managing complex multistakeholder projects.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (at least a C1 level).
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Strong leadership planning and execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with attention to operational detail.
- High adaptability and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficient in project and reporting tools (MS Project PowerPoint Excel Power BI etc.).
