Job Description
Phlebotomist - Outpatient Clinic Location for this assignment will be at our SIHF Instacare Clinic. 2001 State Street East St. Louis IL 62205 Shift: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-7pm. Minimum Qualifications: Education High School Diploma or GED required. Completion of a Medical Assistant Phlebotomy or equivalent program required. Experience 2 years phlebotomy experience required. Certifications Licenses and Registrations BLS certification required. Certified Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant (preferred)
Shift: Monday-Thursday (8:30am-7pm)
