Endpoint Engineer
Location - Onsite Little Rock Ak
- Arkansas Endpoint Engineer
- Experience with Endpoint Management Solutions such as Intune and JAMF
- Experience Entra ID or other IAM types of solutions
- Experience with troubleshooting complex endpoint problems looking at logs and performing root cause analysis.

- This role will support our global infrastructure as the Arkansas location will be lightly staffed.

We are looking to add an Endpoint Engineer to the Tech Ops team in Little Rock Arkansas. The Tech Ops team is responsible for managing all endpoints devices Identity and Access Management (IAM) Exchange Online advanced email security services Enterprise Data Loss Prevention data backup systems video conferencing systems. This is a unique opportunity to make a large impact at a world class financial technology firm on the cutting edge. The ideal candidate would be comfortable working in a very fast-paced and demanding environment.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Windows 11 and Mac endpoints in an enterprise environment
- The ideal candidate will have experience with managing and using the Microsoft 365 Suite
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Entra including Conditional Access policies Enterprise Applications Application Proxy
- Knowledge of Endpoint Management Suites such as Intune and JAMF
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint Power Automate and OneDrive
- Previous experience with monitoring patching and securing endpoint devices in alignment with organizational compliance and security standards.
- Endpoint Protection solutions such as Defender
- The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service. A large aspect of this role is troubleshooting with our employees around the world.
