The VP of Digital will lead the agency into the future using AI and other new technologies and integrating postal/digital marketing to deliver highimpact and highROI marketing/fundraising campaigns for their clients. Digital Fundraising Strategy & :
Lead the development and optimization of all clients digital fundraising programs.
Lead the digital marketing efforts for the agency.
Design and implement strategies to maximize online revenue through email SMS social media digital ads and landing page conversions.
Deliver datadriven campaign performance analysis uncover insights and continuously improve ROI.
Team Leadership & Growth:
Build lead and mentor a highperforming team of digital strategists media buyers writers and analysts.
Collaborate with creative and account teams to integrate postal mail and digital marketing.
Champion a testandlearn culture driven by analytics and innovation.
Create a readers are leaders culture and assemble a team built on understanding of foundational marketing principles.
Client Success & Revenue Growth:
Foster client relationships by acting as a strategic partner and advisor.
Convey conservative values into compelling digital narratives that inspire donors to take action.
Identify and execute opportunities for new digital services technologies and business growth.
Responsible for studying direct marketing direct mail and digital fundraising and conservative issues.
Qualifications:
1. 7 years in digital marketing or fundraising with a proven track record in political nonprofit or advocacy spaces.
2. A deep understanding of direct response strategy including list building A/B testing and donor lifecycle management.
3. Experience managing multichannel digital campaigns (email paid social display SMS web).
4. A thorough understanding of the foundational principles of marketing.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead and scale digital teams while delivering measurable results.
6. Excellent communication and clientfacing skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
7. Deep knowledge of and alignment with conservative principles and values.
8. Bachelors degree in Marketing Political Science Business or a related field preferred.
