We are seeking an experienced detailoriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized communicates clearly and excels at managing timelines resources and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple insurance projects from inception to completion ensuring all project objectives are met.
- Plan initiate and manage projects across departments or teams
- Coordinate between clients stakeholders and team members to facilitate communication and project updates.
- Utilize CRM software to track project progress manage client relationships and document project outcomes.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery and quality of outcomes.
- Prepare project documentation schedules and reports for management and stakeholders.
- Regularly review and refine project processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and promote best practices among team members.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Experience
- Experience working in the insurance sector is highly preferred.
