Job Description

You will be responsible for providing firstlevel technical assistance troubleshooting hardware and software issues and escalating more complex problems to appropriate personnel. Tasks

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to endusers experiencing hardware software or network issues.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and incidents via phone email or inperson ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document and track all support interactions in the help desk ticketing system maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Install configure and maintain computer systems peripherals and software applications according to company standards.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to identify and implement solutions for recurring technical problems contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively while maintaining high attention to detail.
