Key Responsibilities

• Identify and map the required digital capabilities gather and harmonise local business needs
• Develop a digital strategy & roadmap aiming at reusability and interoperability of assets developed
• Drive alignment with key stakeholders
• Design solutions in target systems jointly with Architects and develop training material to facilitate understanding of the solutions developed
• Lead the development in Agile crossfunctional teams write epics user stories (supported by Business Analysts) and prioritization of backlog
• Support technical discussions with Business Partners

Bring to the Team

• Flexibility to quickly become acquainted with new project tasks content and assignments
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to design new and original solutions to complex problems
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in leading crossfunctional and international teams
• Highly motivated dynamic and selfsteering
• Trained in Agile / Scrum framework
• Advanced experience using presentation and collaboration tools such as Jira Confluence
• Fluency in business English
