Job Description
Job Title: CT Technologist
Facility: Mercy Medical Center
Address: Mercy Medical Center 271 Carew St Springfield MA 01104
Contract: 12 weeks
Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $90/hr
Mercy Medical Center is seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join their team for an overnight shift assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CT imaging equipment and providing quality diagnostic images in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners to produce cross-sectional images of patients internal organs and tissues
- Position patients and ensure proper comfort and safety during procedures
- Review and evaluate images for quality accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Maintain equipment and follow proper safety protocols
- Document procedures and maintain patient records in accordance with hospital policies
- Adhere to HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations
