We are looking for a motivated and resultsdriven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services answer queries and generate leads or close sales over the phone.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve queries and provide information.

• Explain products or services in detail and handle objections.

• Maintain records of conversations and update customer information in the database.

• Follow up on previous calls and leads.

• Achieve daily weekly and monthly targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.

• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in languages required e.g. English Hindi regional languages.

• Ability to handle rejection and stress.

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

• Prior experience in a call center or BPO industry.

• Familiarity with CRM software and call tracking systems.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
