Are you passionate about technology and eager to make a tangible impact Join Hitachi Energy as an OSS OnSite Services Engineer/Onsite IT Support Specialist where youll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless IT operations. This role offers a dynamic environment where youll troubleshoot deliver readytouse computers and provide essential training to users. Youll manage physical stock perform inventory checks and handle logistics all while being the face of IT support. How Youll Make an Impact
Troubleshoot IT issues requiring physical attention.
Deliver computers in a readytouse state to users.
Provide adhoc training on common IT matters.
Manage physical stock of devices and accessories.
Perform regular inventory checks for hardware.
Coordinate logistics for device shipment and movement.
Handle warranty cases with OEM vendors.
Support end users in meeting rooms and collaboration areas.
Your Background
Formal qualification in IT from an accredited institution or apprenticeship.
Two years of professional IT support experience.
Fluency in local and English language with excellent communication skills.
Proactive solutionoriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Legal authorization to work in the applied location.
Familiarity with Service Now IT Enterprise Platform MS Office 365 Windows iOS and asset management tools.
Preferred ITIL 4 and Lean 6 Sigma certification.
