Maintenance Engineer Comfort Suites Fresno River Park
Location: Fresno CA
Job Type: Fulltime
About Us:
Comfort Suites Fresno River Park is dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality and a seamless guest experience. We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team and ensure our hotel remains in top condition.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities including plumbing electrical HVAC and carpentry.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with management to implement preventive maintenance programs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various mechanical issues.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
