Job Description
About the Role:
- Plan and lead engaging gymnastics classes for children of various skill levels.
- Teach fundamental gymnastics skills including balance coordination and flexibility.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
- Provide constructive feedback to help kids improve their techniques.
- Monitor student progress and adapt lesson plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their childs development.
- Encourage teamwork and sportsmanship among students.
- Assist in organizing and executing gymnastics events and showcases.
- Previous experience coaching gymnastics or working with children is preferred.
- Strong understanding of gymnastics fundamentals and safety practices.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and a passion for teaching.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sports or education is a plus.
