Whats the Opportunity
A Customer Success Managers primary role is to build and nurture hightrust relationships so customers get the full impact and value of our partnership. Youll understand each customers business define success lead strategic conversations negotiate subscription renewals and own the overall relationship all while helping customers hit their objectives and see measurable results.
You Will:
Own the customer relationship Drive retention and expansion within your book of business.KL1 Renew & Expand Close renewals position addon products and hit assigned revenue quotas.
Become the Product Expert Master Quantum Workplaces platform and map it to customer challenges.
Deliver Impact Share product industry and rolebased insights that move customers toward their goals.
Be the Trusted Advisor Guide bestpractice use cases and inspire customers with whats possible.
Advocate Internally Channel customer feedback to Sales Product and Marketing for continuous improvement.
Strengthen the Team Share knowledge refine playbooks and help evolve our CS processes.
Engage Proactively Run EBRs operational checkins and targeted trainings.
Spotlight Champions Cultivate references reviews and referrals that fuel growth.
You have:
A proven record in customer success account management sales or HR experience youre ready to pivot into CS.
Obsession with customer health and value realization.
Clear confident communicationwritten and verbal.
Ability to translate technical details into business value.
Selfmotivation curiosity and creative problemsolving chops.
Comfort juggling multiple priorities without dropping the details.
Bonus points for experience with Asana or HubSpot (not required).
