Job Description

Come join us at SPIN as an Assisting Director of Early Intervention

Accountabilities of anAssisting Directorof Early Intervention include:
  • Supervise Early Intervention/Autistic Support classroom and staff on site
  • Supervise ABA Center Based classrooms and staff on site
  • Complete formal observations of staff and monitor classroom lessons activities and ABA programming
  • Assist the Director and other ADs on site with positive behavior support plans when needed
  • Assist the Director with planning managing and directing an ABA early intervention or preschool program and communicate with the operations team for program enrollment.
  • Be accountable for the operation of the licensed building ensuring that the programs are operating in accordance with all regulatory and state licensing standards
  • Monitor attendance and assure active supervision.

ExpectationsanAssisting Directorof Early Intervention include:

  • Attend monthly meetings
  • Ability to multitask
  • Communicate positively and effectively with coworkers staff families and external partners.
  • Adheres to timelines for job responsibilities
  • Mentors others participates in ongoing training and evaluates his or her own performance

The tools you need:

  • Certified in Early Childhood Education Special Education Elementary Education or working towards certification preferred.
  • Bachelors required Masters Preferred.
  • Experience with positive behavior supports and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Must be available to successfully complete SPINs paid 2 week training.
  • Covid19 Vaccination
