Responsibilities
Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
Schedule appointments and coordinate with estimators and technicians
Maintain organized customer records and repair order files
Process payments and handle basic invoicing
Communicate effectively with insurance companies vendors and team members
Keep the front office area clean and presentable
Perform general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (automotive or collision center experience a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using computerbased systems
Friendly professional demeanor and a teamoriented mindset
