Position Overview:
As the Director of Plumbing you will lead a growing division with responsibility for both residential and commercial plumbing projects and service work. Youll play a critical role in developing the departmentbuilding systems growing the team and cultivating a culture of excellence accountability and morale.

Compensation: $115000 to $130000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the plumbing division with a strong focus on employee morale retention and performance.
- Build and execute strategies for departmental growth training and operational success.
- Oversee all plumbing projectsestimating scheduling installation and quality control.
- Develop and implement training programs aligned with safety quality and code standards.
- Create structured mentorship and apprenticeship programs to foster internal talent development.
- Partner with our existing Leaders Project Managers Estimating Procurement and other internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Recruit hire and onboard new plumbing team members in alignment with company growth.
- Conduct regular job site visits to provide technical support and reinforce quality expectations.
- Stay current with industry codes trends and technology to guide innovation within the department.
- Champion a safetyfirst mindset and lead by example in professionalism and communication.
- Plumbing Contractor License with the State of Florida (Preferred)
- 7 years of plumbing experience including 3 years of leadership or management responsibility.
- Experience managing plumbing service and projects for both commercial and residential
- Demonstrated success in leading teams growing departments and driving culture.
- Familiarity with construction project lifecycles and coordinating across multiple teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a teamcentered mindset.
- Comfort using project management tools and communication platforms.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to job sites.
