Job Description
LEASING CONSULTANT (Permanent)
Our client a national property management company is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a customer servicefocused individual to have an impact on a communitydriven team and provide a welcoming environment for residents.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily responsibilities to ensure a positive leasing experience for the residents
- Greet prospective residents and guide them on a tour of the property
- Supply applications and answer any questions that arise
- Manage correspondence phone calls emails and inperson interactions with professionalism and positivity
- Perform general clerical duties to ensure the office runs efficiently
- Maintain a clean environment office model unit leasing pathways
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents keeping open lines of communication
- Plan and execute social events for residents
- Audit current informational materials to ensure everything is up to date and accurate
- Prepare necessary documents/supplies for new residents: movein packets key fobs welcome communications
- Maintain accurate tenant records and ensure delinquency/collections is addressed immediately
- Create/post digital marketing campaigns website listings and seasonal promotions
- Complete special projects when necessary
- Other tasks as assigned
Details:
- Position is fulltime direct hire
- 100% inoffice
- Must be able to work extended hours during move in/out periods
- $20.00 $22.00/hour depending on experience; overtime eligible
- Paid holidays PTO HSA Contribution Quarterly Bonus potential 401k w/ match
- Experience in customer service leasing or hospitality preferred
- Passion for the Real estate industry is a plus
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Professional personable teamfirst attitude
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Relocation not available
