What You ll Be Doing
- Partnering with leadership to deliver clear actionable financial data
- Managing detailed financial operations: overhead fixed costs AP balance sheets draw packages
- Performing deepdive reviews and handson accounting in QuickBooks
- Supporting client businesses with strategic financial guidance and daily execution
- Ensuring financial compliance with GAAP tax regulations and industry best practices
Requirements
What We re Looking For
You re more than an accountant you re a financial strategist client advisor and trusted expert. You thrive on building relationships solving problems and staying one step ahead.
MustHaves:
- 8 years of accounting and finance experience
- 3 years in a leadership or senior role
- Strong knowledge of construction accounting & real estate (Percentage of Completion method required)
- Handson experience with QuickBooks
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience); CPA preferred
- Mastery of GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. creating amortization schedules budgeting tools)
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding abilities
- Highly selfsufficient resourceful and proactive with strong problem solving skills
You ll be working directly with small business owners and leadership teams helping them make sense of their numbers and navigate their financial future. That means:
