We are looking for a dedicated Family Physician to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patientcentered care across all age groups. This role emphasizes preventive care chronic disease management and holistic support for patients and families. You will be an integral part of the multidisciplinary care team ensuring quality outcomes and continuity of care.
Provide patientcentered primary care for acute and chronic medical conditions.
Perform comprehensive physical examinations and order appropriate diagnostic tests.
Develop individualized treatment and management plans.
Educate patients and families on health promotion disease prevention and lifestyle modifications.
Manage common illnesses such as hypertension diabetes asthma and infections.
Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records using the hospital s EMR system.
Collaborate with specialists nurses and allied health professionals for coordinated care.
Participate in clinical audits CME programs and quality improvement initiatives.
Take part in oncall schedules weekend coverage and emergency response as needed.
Support hospitalled outreach and community health programs.
MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
Postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine (e.g. FWACP FMCP or equivalent).
Full registration and valid practicing license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
3 5 years postfellowship clinical experience in family or general practice.
Strong diagnostic and problemsolving abilities.
Excellent communication patient interaction and teamwork skills.
Commitment to professional ethics and ongoing development.
Experience in a multispecialty hospital or private healthcare setting.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR).
Empathetic patientcentered approach to care.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
