POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a young talent who wants to show skills and knowledge acquired at university and brings them into the real world. You want to prove yourself and make your first steps into your career. You will assist the company in matters like drawings interiors scaling etc. You will be working onsite on the beautiful island of Sicily for 39 months with a possibility to extend.
This is a highly exciting opportunity if you are eager enough to work independently and efficiently and is the perfect framework to put into practice your knowledge. This internship allows you to excel as an architect with a lot of responsibilities including team management and decisionmaking. You will be working with a creative team. We are looking for an architect that has knowledge of material supplies rules and regulations of building in Italy and an interest in interior design. All your ideas are very welcome and appreciated.
This onsite fulltime internship starts in MayJune 2025 for 3 up to 9 months.
Requirements
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
Analyse/elaborate drawings of properties.
Research materials and propose new solutions for the projects.
Assist the company in improving and optimising the efficiency of the properties as well as materials to be used.
Help with the implementation of green energies.
Give ideas and feedback related to interior design.
Do research and assist in possible requirements and permissions.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Clear and effective communication skills in English (written and verbal) Italian skills are a plus.
Eager to support us with ideas to improve our efficiency.
Independent and organized worker.
Sense of achievement and personal improvement.
Eager to put into practice the acquired knowledge.
Problemsolver quick learner.
Willing to work in a startup.
Good analytical skills. Sketching digital imaging to enhance and manipulate concepts.
Must know: ComputerAidedDesign (AutoCAD)3D design modelling tools (Revit 3Ds Max).
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor s degree in Architecture.
A Master s degree is a plus.
Ability to be proactive and work independently to drive projects to completion.
Take ownership of the projects and always dedicated to driving them forward.
Resourceful and startup mentality; ability to come up with creative solutions when confronted with challenges.
Agile mindset and cando attitude.
