About the role:
Office in South Delhi; 9 AM to 5 PM; Monday to Friday
You ll be the architect of the cosmetic brands and SKUs on our D2C platform
Salary according to experience in the industry and BPC category
Roles and Responsibilities:
You ll be the person who ensures our platform onboards the bestsuited beauty and
personal care brands.
Youll be the main point of contact for new suppliers/ brands guiding them meticulously
through our systems and requirements.
You ll spearhead onboarding procedures and proactively identify areas for process
improvement.
You ll negotiate make deals with brands and suppliers and decide the SKUS that should
be listed on the platform.
You ll coordinate and communicate with other verticals like logistics and marketing as
and when needed.
Requirements
MustHaves for This Role:
This role requires a mix of industry connections strategic thinking communication and
operational diligence.
1. Established Network & Sourcing Channels within the Cosmetics/Beauty
Category: You must possess existing personal relationships with cosmetic
brands. Crucially you need demonstrable channels and strategies for
proactively reaching out to and engaging new potential suppliers in this sector.
2. DataDriven Decision Making: Every decision regarding supplier selection
onboarding prioritisation and performance evaluation will be based on robust
data analysis. You must be driven by data and an entrepreneurial mindset.

1. Deep Category Immersion is NonNegotiable: This role is exclusively focused
on the beauty cosmetics and personal care category. We need existing
expertise within the BPC ecosystem. Your knowledge of this category is a must.
2. This is an InONice Role: You will be based in our office at one of Indias top coworking spaces in Delhi NCR. While any workbased travel to meet suppliers will
of course be remunerated daily remote work is not an option for this position.
