About the Customer Service Representative Position
We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Advisor to join a thriving remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service resolving queries efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction across all communication channels.
As a Customer Service Representative for our team you ll be the first person our customers come into contact with. On a typical day you ll answer questions resolve complaints and process orders and requests.
To succeed in this role excellent communication skills are a must. You ll need to be a quick thinker who can keep your cool even in the face of stressful situations with customers. In your role as a Customer Service Representative your goal should always be to deliver the best customer service experience possible keeping our clients happy.
Core Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns determining the cause and offering appropriate solutions.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions transactions and feedback.
Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex queries.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products services policies and procedures.
Deliver a positive customer experience that reflects our brand values.

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Customerfocused mindset with a proactive and problemsolving attitude.
Confident using digital tools CRM systems and communication platforms.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is desirable but not essential.
