Job Description
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: USD $3500
- Living Allowance: USD $500

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise timber production activities
- Effectively prioritise and allocate resources
- Liaise with external suppliers and contractors
- Implement solutions to enhance operational performance
- Conduct Health & Safety audits and inspections; deliver training as required
- Take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues
- Lead and manage the onsite maintenance team
Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of five years experience in a comparable position
- Possession of relevant recognised qualifications
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Demonstrable leadership and managerial skills
- Respected by peers and subordinates alike
- Naturally authoritative with a strong work ethic
- Physically capable of fulfilling the demands of the role
