Your Role: Primary Care Physician Assistant
As a Physician Assistant with a primary care focus youll provide exceptional care across all life spans and families in a thriving primary care setting. Youll assess diagnose treat and educate patients while collaborating closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure comprehensive care and best outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough physical exams and health assessments for pediatric patients.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests ensuring precision in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Prescribe medications and therapies always considering safety efficacy and patient wellbeing.
Develop and implement personalized evidencebased treatment plans in partnership with supervising physicians.
Provide valuable patient and family education on medical conditions treatment plans and preventative health measures.
Cultivate lasting relationships with patients and their families becoming a trusted healthcare provider and advocate.
Compensation based on experience
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Ideal candidates will have 1 year experience as a Physician Assistant.
Certifications: Must hold current PA certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Licensing: Current Texas PA license (or ability to obtain one).
CPR/BLS: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
